When will my product arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within 7 to 10 working days from when you receive your order confirmation to delivery of our products.

Every effort will be made to complete delivery in accordance with the stated delivery times. However, delivery times quoted are estimates only and the company will not accept any liability for failure to deliver within such times. The Harrison Bailey Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, their suppliers or carriers, or for any other reason outside their control.

This is if you are ordering smaller items such as taps, shower units, accessories etc.

My product was broken when it arrived what shall I do?

We recommend that a thorough inspection of all goods be made before they are signed for. We can accept no responsibility for scratched or damaged goods once the goods have been signed for and/or fitted.

In the event that the goods are defective damaged or broken, we would advise you to contact us as soon as possible on 01274 547 366 or email info@harrisonbailey.co.uk. We would also advise you to read our terms and conditions with regards to Defects.

You've sent me the wrong item what do I do?

Please e-mail us at info@harrisonbailey.co.uk and let us know about the mistake. We will ask you to arrange for your goods to be sent back to us, we will then send the correct item to your.

I'm looking for an item that you do not stock on your site. Can you get it for me?

You can either call on 01274 547 366 to discuss your requirements, email us  - info@harrisonbailey.co.uk  or why not visit our showroom, we may not have what you are looking for on the website, but we have a fantastic range in our showroom, and some keen experts available to help you out.

 I've used the bathroom planner and I know what products I would like to purchases, what should I do now?

Why not email Harrison Bailey a copy of your design; we can translate it into a 3D visual so you can get a better idea about what your ideal bathroom will look like. You may wish to visit our showroom so you can see for yourself the bathroom suite.

Yes, we have a showroom in Bradford, with three floors of bathroom suites to view.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Harrison Bailey can only accept payment for orders in pound sterling. If you live outside the UK please contact us info@harrisonbailey.co.uk and let us know what products you would like to order. We will get back to you and let you know what the postage costs would be. If you would like to proceed please give us a ring on +44 1274 495620 and we will process you order on the phone. Alternatively you can send us a cheque in the post if you have a UK bank account.
