"The product" shall mean the product that we have agreed to supply for you. "Order" shall mean the transaction request you have submitted to us to supply the product.

How to Order
When you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Basket" button to add it to your shopping basket.
When you have added your product, you can continue to browse and add more products to your shopping basket in the same way.
There is a quick guide to what is in your shopping basket displayed on the right hand side of the page at all times. This will indicate how many items you have selected and the total cost of the products in your basket.
You can see what is in your shopping basket by clicking the button at the top right hand corner of your screen marked "View Basket".
From the shopping basket page, If you would like to increase the quantity of a product you would like to order, click the plus button (+) next to the relevant product. This will increase the quantity ordered by one.
If you would like to remove or reduce the quantity ordered, click the minus button (-) next to the relevant product. This will reduce the quantity ordered by one. To remove any of the items from your basket completely click the minus button until the quantity is 0.
When you are happy with your selection, you may proceed to the checkout to place your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping basket page.
The website will then prompt you to login, enter your login name and password. If you have not registered with Harrison Bailey, you can click here for more information .
When you have registered or successfully logged in, you will see all the details of your order. If you wish to use your registered address for your delivery and billing address, simply click "Fill the fields below with my registered address". Please note: your billing address should be the cardholder's address.
A summary of your order will appear. Please choose a method of payment and click "Finalise Your Order". If you have selected to pay by cheque, a form will appear with all your order details. This should be posted with your payment. For more information about alternative ways to pay click here.
If you are paying by credit card, you will then be directed to a secure area. If you would like more information about the security of our website please see our security policy.
To pay by credit card, you will be prompted to fill in your card details and cardholders address. Please check that the address in this section is the address the card is registered to.
Harrison Bailey accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. Currently we do not accept Diner's Card and American Express
Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that the details cannot be intercepted by a third party. To confirm that your order is legitimate your credit card company may also carry out security checks on the transaction.
We carry out security and credit card verification procedures provided by Protx VSP on all orders. We reserve the right to withhold any order that has failed these checks. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.
You will then receive an email confirmation of your order.

Harrison Bailey will use best endeavours to ensure that the information provided to you is as accurate as possible. In some instances the photographs used to illustrate the product may not be to scale if compared to other products. Please bear this in mind and refer to the Dimension of the goods where applicable. An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been placed. This email is not confirmation that Harrison Bailey Co Ltd can fulfil the order or the order has been dispatched. We will endeavour to inform you via email if any part of the order is not available.
Harrison Bailey Co Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so. Harrison Bailey Co Ltd may, if deemed appropriate, change or discontinue any of the product lines at the company's discretion. Any changes to availability that directly affect a customer order and/or payment made will be subject to a refund in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
We aim to ensure all the prices on the website are accurate; however sometimes errors may occur. If an error occurs which affects a customer order, we will use best endeavours to contact the customer as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the order. We will provide the customer with the option to re-confirm the order at the correct value, or cancel the order and request a refund in full. If we are unable to contact the customer we will treat the order as cancelled and automatically issue a refund.
Prices on the Harrison Bailey Co Ltd website are in UK Pounds Sterling.
Harrison Bailey Co Ltd do not deliver outside of the UK.
Security
Harrison Bailey Co Ltd uses Protx VSP to process its credit card payments. Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Protx VSP is designed so the Harrison Bailey Co Ltd do not have to hold sensitive information on our site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information. The possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Protx VSP database is minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.
Protx security measures
Credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls.
Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.
Fraud Prevention
AVS and CV2 - Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CV2) check that the billing address and security code on the back of a credit card match the details held with the bank.
Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC)- Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard are the online equivalent of Chip and PIN. Visa and Mastercard have recently developed this technology as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction.
VPDQ- Verified Payment Data Query - VPDQ is a service provided by Protx and our fraud screening partner The 3rd Man. The 3rd Man screen all transactions placed on our website and the results are displayed within an easy to understand decision tool to help Harrison Bailey Co Ltd to decide whether they wish to accept or reject transactions.
Physical security and resilience
Several forms of physical security and multiple levels of system backup protect the Protx VSP and database. This makes transaction processing highly reliable and resilient to events such as security breach or power failure.
Only authorised personnel can gain access to the VSP Server and fingerprint identification is required.
Multiple servers are dedicated to particular roles.
The VSP Servers are fed by multiple power supplies and backup generators.
Secondary network connections will activate should the primary network fail.
VSP Servers have multiple connections to banking authorisation and settlement systems.

How To Change Your Registration Details
Simply log in using your username and password. Click on the "Your Account" button in the top right-hand corner of the web page. Change your details where necessary and click "Update Your Account".
Alternative Methods Of Payment
Payment by Postal order or Cheque
In the UK, you may pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please make all cheques payable to "Harrison Bailey Co Ltd."
Please follow the order procedure up to step nine, at which point please print your order, attach payment and send to the following address;

If you are unable to obtain a hard copy of the form, please make sure you clearly state the following;

If you choose to pay by cheque, please note that all cheque orders will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared our bank. This can take 5-7 working days.
How To Change Your Order
You can change your order at any point up to payment.
If you wish to change any part of your order once you have submitted, we ask that you email orderchange@harrisonbailey.co.uk within 48 hours for purchase.
Delivery of Goods
All goods will be delivered to the front door only. Upon receipt of the goods ensure they are correct and have been received in the correct quantity before any signature is given. No refunds/ replacements will be given for damaged or missing goods after 24 hours from delivery.
Scratched/ Damaged Goods
We recommend that a thorough inspection of all goods be made before they are signed for. We can accept no responsibility for scratched or damaged goods once the goods have been signed for and/or fitted.
Goods Supplied
All good will remain the property of the Harrison Bailey Co Ltd until full payment has been made. However, any risk shall pass to the purchaser once delivery has been accepted. We reserve the right to recover goods from the purchaser’s premises should the purchaser become insolvent or fail to pay overdue invoices.
Defects
In the event of any article supplied proving to be defective, either in material or in workmanship, we undertake (at our option) to replace or arrange for repair of such articles free of charge. This shall be the limit of our liability, provided that the complaint is made within a reasonable period of time following delivery. We shall be under no liability whatsoever for the cost of removing or re-fixing damaged articles or for any other consequential loss or damage, direct or in-direct. In the case of goods supplied, the purchaser can only claim against any warranty or guarantee provided by the manufacturer.
Prices
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the rate applicable on the date of despatch. Prices are shown on quotations or acknowledgements of orders are subject to alterations or withdrawal without notice. The prices charged will be those ruling a the date of despatch.
Restocking
A restocking charge of 20% applies. No restocking of any kind will be accepted more than one month after delivery. Goods returned must be in original packaging, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
How To Track Your Order
Harrison Bailey Co Ltd will automatically send you an email to advise that the order has been dispatched.
If you wish to find out the current status of your order, simply log in and click the "Order Tracker" button in the top right-hand corner of the web page.
We regret that order sent by Royal Mail Deliveries cannot be tracked until delivery.
Shipment And Delivery
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from when you receive your order confirmation to receive your order. If Harrison Bailey Co Ltd foresees any reason why your order will not be shipped within the stated timescales, we will endeavour to contact you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as the consumer.
Availability
The Harrison Bailey Co Ltd cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will endeavour to inform the customer via email and will offer an alternative or refund the customer in full.
All special offers are subject to availability, if we are unable to supply the customers with the product ordered, we will endeavour to inform the customer via email and we will offer an alternative or refund the customer in full.
Delivery Date
Every effort will be made to complete delivery in accordance with the stated delivery times. However, delivery times quoted are estimates only and the company will not accept any liability for failure to deliver within such times. The Harrison Bailey Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, their suppliers or carriers, or for any other reason outside their control.
